Yes, I know it's real bad timing to suddenly want to write something, since my revision stuff is actually like a hill. I feel so overwhelmed I will probably die.
It was YUI's birthday a few days back but I missed out on the FaceBook project because I've been MIA on the YUI-Lover Forum...so sorry fellow YUILovers...and I call myself a YUI fanatic! Arrgghh!
So. Back to the fanfiction.
Nana might notice that the title is taken from her blog. Maybe I'm not as imaginative as I thought I am.
The fanfiction is going to be written from my male artist obsession Kwon Jiyong AKA G-Dragon's point of view. Theme? I need to get rid of you, of course.
Well I was listening to the Heartbreaker remix featuring Flo-Rida, which is totally the BEST, when I have a sudden idea. I'm still not sure to pair him up with who though. Me? Hahaha. No, I am a very, ehem, modest writer. So no. No GD×JOL fics for the moment.
Who is JOL? Me la. If I ever debut in the entertainment industry I will use this as my stage name. JOL. Have a nice ring to it. It'll stand for...lemme see...Just Observe & Listen. Hahaha. Fail. At least it make sense compared to what MBLAQ stands for.
I know I said I won't rant about K-Pop stuff on this blog so I'll talk about something else.
London had been miserable for the past few days.
It's rain, rain, and more rain pouring down from the gray sky. Even at night the skies is barely clear from those low obnoxious clouds.
The moon was full last night! OK back to the weather.
When in doubt, always look to the skies. LOL
Unlike most people, though, I know what I am talking about. It's all Geography, see. It's probably an anticyclone moving in from the Atlantic Ocean. Or Artic Maritime Winds moving in from the north. OK maybe I don't know what I am talking about.
I need to get rid of this miserable weather LOL

So just now when I was busy packing away all my (useless) things for end of term, I received a message from Saidi. I hope he don't mind me posting the contents of the SMS. It's nothing too private, anyway. SMS language haters should probably skip this part for health reasons.

If you don't want to offend me, rule #1: Do NOT ask about my results if I didn't tell you myself, unless you are Yamin or Saidi. Or have a mask of either Yamin or Saidi on to humour me.

It's not that I don't want to tell him. It's just I find it hard to keep it positive when my results are bad BAD and Saidi's is probably so good the results sheet shines with a golden light which blinds anyone who look at it too closely. No offence to Saidi of course, I am just very hard on myself.
I pretty much did NOT expect the long reply from Saidi (and I almost want to kill myself from the SMS language - no offence).

I was so touched reading the contents of this SMS language filled message I forgot to kill myself. I mean, even his mom? That's cool. I mean, I have such a bad mom who don't ask after Saidi that's something I totally didn't expect at all.
Dr Thrower said I have been spreading myself too thin revising for too many things at once and this is probably what pulled my grades down. Mrs Morgan proposed I do thirty minutes of intense study rather than study for over three hours (which is what I have been doing all this while!!!)
I don't like it when people tell me how much they are supporting me, because I feel so touched I want to cry. And I don't like crying. I'm not being an ungrateful person but I just hate crying. So, uhm, yeah.
Speaking of which, the Earth Hour Representative in Brunei actually commented on my last post on Earth Hour...!!!
Thanks for supporting Earth Hour for this while! Hopefully by having Earth Hour representative in Brunei, we can bring awareness, and educating more people about climate change and global warming.
After all, its not only about switching off the light, but also to reduce our carbon footprint and to educate our next generation for greener & better future.

For the second reaction, that's because I'm blogging about Earth Hour 2010 in BRUNEI! Exciting, isn't it, Brunei is finally officially take part in Earth Hour!

THE Earth Hour Global representatives in Brunei will be inviting the private sector, associations, individuals and other agencies in Brunei to take part in conserving the power consumption by switching off the unessential lights and other electrical appliances for only one hour.
The volunteer blackout will commence from 8.30pm till 9.30pm on March 27. Some Brunei households and companies such as The Empire Hotel & Country Club and the Sheraton Hotel participated in this initiative last year.
Earth Hour Global is committed to having Brunei Darussalam as an official participant of Earth Hour Campaign in 2010, and place Brunei in the Earth Hour International Map.
Statistics from the Electrical Services Department show that the Ministry of Education’s average usage of electricity is 6,581,472 KWh a month, which costs $658,147.23.

OK sorry I haven't update for the longest time but I can assure you I am not dead yet and plenty had happened. I'm just lazy to update this blog nowadays but I don't want to give up on my website so there.
Chemistry A2 ISA is tomorrow and the day after, and I'm going on a visit day to the University of Southampton on Wednesday. I'm doing OK in my studies after suffering a bit of shock so I hope I can do better.
Results was out last Thursday and there are no significant improvement in my grades at all. I was disappointed with myself but I will work harder to compensate for this. Mrs Morgan had already given us the Easter holiday work and it's a lot, so I planned to start doing them early. Also I have to remember all the facts for the volcano research for Wednesday.
I went on a day trip to Southampton with Erna, Nabilah, Aini, Wan Shin, Jessica and Rina yesterday. It was a great day out and I didn't spend any more than £15, which was great!
I felt like I had gotten closer to the other Bruneians after Godolphin's Got Talent, and not as anti-social as I was (laughs) Last night we ate dinner together and it was fun. I no longer felt left out.
I felt more inspired after reading Zudin's long blog posts! Ha ha I think I am starting to sound a bit like Saidi. Good for Zudin and Yamin! Wish you guys can get your desired scholarship, and all the best to the rest of my friends on their university application too.
