I arrive in UK on 28th August 2008, at about 7pm. Safe and sound and still in one piece, guys!
The transit in Dubai was a short 30 minutes but it was fun... I saw two UFOs! Not real though... Sorry for not taking any pictures...
At Brunei International Airport I went in the terminal at about 7pm. A lot of my friends were there. I said to them,"if you come here just to see me cry, then you are disappointed!",upon which they howled (well that was how it sounded like to me). Wan Shin, who was another fellow scholarship holder (also DANA), was crying and I was having a hard time comforting her. After getting the passport stamped we went into cramped Gate 8, feeling like an idiot when our numbers were called but didn't know about it.
Inside the aeroplane I once again felt like an idiot when I had absolutely NO IDEA how to find my seat (later I found out it was very, very simple - sigh~ I still got a lot to learn).
